:: Meeting Room Policies and Fee Structure ::
Please read.
Purpose: In keeping with the Library’s mission to offer a welcoming place for community interactions, Fayetteville Free Library meeting Rooms are available for use by groups for informational, educational or cultural meetings and programs. Use of the Library meeting rooms does not imply endorsement by the library staff or Trustees of the viewpoint presented.
- Neither the name, telephone number nor the address of the Fayetteville Free Library may be used for the official address or headquarters of an organization.
- Banners, literature, photographs or signage may not be placed anywhere in the Library without the Executive Director's permission.
- Groups must hold their meetings during regular library hours. Permission to use a meeting room after regular hours must be obtained from the Executive Director when reserving the room and will incur additional fees.
- The library reserves the right to decline the usage for any reason and to cancel a reservation with no notice. Groups which support the direct mission of the library will be given highest priority.
- Personal conduct and activities will be subject to the FFL Patron Code of Conduct.
- Prior to the meeting, a representative from the group must agree to and sign a Request to use the Meeting Room form.

Room Capacity: The Fayetteville Free Library has the following spaces available by reservation for group meetings.

Non-Profit
Organizations: No Fees
Groups exempt are- A nonprofit under IRS Code 501(c)(3), open
membership group that is cosponsored by the library, nonprofit
community groups, school affiliated parents or youth groups such as PTA
and Home schooling association. Tax ID, proof of 501c3 status, or proof
of group membership may be requested during the reservation process.
Special Group
Rates for Professional Tutors:
Tutors who charge
for their services are engaging in a for profit
exercise unless proof of 501C3 status is provided. A tutor is welcome
to meet with a student in any available area of the library free of
charge. If a tutor wishes to reserve a room, there will be a $10.00
fee.

Other Fees:
If you wish to reserve a room during non-operational hours, prior
approval from the Executive Director is needed. Special
arrangements may be discussed with the Executive Director.
Admission Sales:
%25 of ticket price receipts will be payable to the library in addition
to all room usage fees. All fees other than admission fees are due 10
days prior to the event.
